STATE'S HAPPINESS IS BEING SLOWLY WHITTLED AWAY
Montana is slowly becoming like every other state. The freedoms we
enjoy here are being siphoned away by those who think they are doing
the rest of us a favor. I believe that the basis of life in Montana
should be centered around making ourselves happy without impinging on
the happiness of others.
Our happiness is being slowly whittled away by those with too much
time on their hands that think they know what is best for the rest of
us. The possible upcoming repeal of the state's medical marijuana laws
is an example of people trying to make decisions for others that have
almost no impact on themselves.
On all issues, from gun rights to gay rights, I hope the powers that
be will keep in mind our unalienable rights: life, liberty and the
pursuit of happiness.
