Here are the rational three pillars to eliminate the Downtown
Eastside drug scene: Zero tolerance, immediate arrest and work camps.
Implementing these pillars would solve the looming labour shortage,
give people a purpose and would not be another drain on society.

The fourth pillar: Don't listen to past and present mayors.
