CALEDONIA TOWNSHIP WON'T IMPOSE EXTRA RULES ON MEDICAL MARIJUANA
CALEDONIA TOWNSHIP -- The Township Board won't any restrictions on
medical marijuana beyond state regulations.
Resident Jeremy Foreman asked the board about requirements for
establishing a medical marijuana dispensary in the township. He said
he is interested in growing medical marijuana for his use as well as
helping other patients.
Township Supervisor Bryan Harrison told Foreman that any resident
must comply with all state regulations. Harrison also reminded
residents that the village of Caledonia has an ordinance regulating
medical marijuana and its requirements might differ from the township.
