DRUG CRIMINALS PAY PRICE

How can Froma Harrop say the war on drugs has failed? Our prisons are
half-filled with drug users and traffickers. Police spend more than
half their time dealing with drug offenses; the DEA, all of its time.
And there are more illegal drugs in America than ever. If anything,
the war on drugs has been a resounding success, if they would just
declare a war on the economy (or haven't they already) all our
troubles would soon be over.
