ARGENTINE EXTENDS MORATORIUM ON MEDICAL MARIJUANA DISPENSARIES
At the recommendation of David Lattie, attorney, the Argentine
Township Board of Trustees unanimously approved a one-year extension
to a moratorium prohibiting medical marijuana dispensaries from
operating in the township. Lattie told the board that there are gaps
in how medical marijuana is being dispensed and it was in the
township's best interest to have the moratorium in place.
