MARIJUANA CO-OP SEEKS HELP
To the editor:
My name is Captn Blynd and I have a proposal for the community. While
at first this may seem absurd, please take a moment and really think about it.
I propose that the South Whidbey Garden Club ask for volunteers to
form a low-profit business. I will pay for this licensing. I ask that
all proceeds go to the Island County Food Bank. I will provide what
equipment I can afford. I will provide my business outline.
I will provide my time and labor as a volunteer. I will donate all
excess from my garden to this organization.
I have commented to various individuals in the past that the problem
seems to be that there are not any legitimate mainstream people
involved. I was seeking a Master Gardener that had no interest or
need to use this plant as medication.
Now I want ALL the Master Gardeners and I want to use them to feed
the hungry. If not the garden club, I will make the same offer to any
rock-solid legitimate responsible group.
This should translate into costs to the patient EVEN LOWER than what
I have previously mentioned while making certain that there is not
one hungry mouth in Island County.
I will provide a means of contact to both the Whidbey Examiner and
the South Whidbey Record. I await your response.
