PROTECT THE PROCESS
Sixty-three legislators have voted to repeal a law voted into being by
a vast majority of Montanans in 2004. Regardless of how you feel about
medical marijuana, all Montanans should be outraged. Montanans passed
this law. Our lawmakers need to work to improve the law perhaps, but I
do not believe they have the right to repeal it. These legislators are
not doing any favors for our state. We need to make sure we protect
the inititive process and let these people know that it is not OK to
repeal laws we make by this method. Vote them out of office.
