WHERE ARE THE LIMITS TO DEMONIZING DRUG USE?
Can it be true that our police force pressured Pandora Pharmacy to
stop distributing clean, safe harm-reduction supplies to people who
use drugs?
Do our police really lean on legitimate businesses that are breaking
no laws, that are providing desperately needed healthcare services?
How did we take so many wrong turns in our societal approach to drug
use to end up in this situation?
It's truly incomprehensible. Once society has decided to demonize
something (in this case, certain types of drug use), no enforcement
approach is off-limits or too bizarre, it seems. Wow!
