EVEN COPS NOW HAVE TO ADMIT PROHIBITION FAILS
Re: Prof becomes LEAP speaker, (Daily News, Nov. 10)
Law Enforcement Against Prohibition helps regain credibility for
police. Regarding cannabis prohibition, police used to say, if you
don't like the laws change them and we don't make the laws, we just
enforce them. But not any more. Today police and their union do not
want to lose the government subsidized jobs program. LEAP also helps
citizens realize there are many law enforcers who do not support
cannabis prohibition but are afraid to speak out in fear of losing
their jobs.
