POT LEGALIZATION INEVITABLE?

Alan Shanoff's column exposed the inevitable ( Canada up in smoke when
it comes to new marijuana legislation, Nov. 8, edition of The
Tribune). Cannabis prohibition is hanging on a thread. As a Colorado
citizen I challenge California, Canada, Massachusetts, Mexico,
Washington, Nevada, Oregon and others to a competition in a race to
legalize cannabis first. It's no longer a question of if but rather
when and who will legalize the relatively safe, God-given plant
cannabis first. A race toward sanity and ending one of North America's
worst policy failures. I challenge North America in a race to make the
world a better, safer and more loving place.
