LAWS TAKING SOME WEIRD TURNS
It's legal to kill unborn babies, but illegal to assist the suicide of
those with no quality of life. Heterosexual marriage is legal but same
sex marriage is illegal. If male-female marriage is so sacred why do
we have an over 50 percent divorce rate? And one more ridiculous law
is contemplated. We've spent millions teaching the perils of smoking.
Now we want to legalize marijuana which is more carcinogenic than tobacco.
For a few million tax dollars we'll put our teenagers and young people
at risk. The control of medical marijuana is a joke. Any tax monies
obtained will be spent on policing its sale and for the increased
health costs. You know we can't control cigarette and alcohol usage.
Does it make sense to add one more unenforceable law?
