MARIJUANA LAWS AREN'T LOGICAL

We have a neighbor who is growing marijuana on his property, in a
back building he built for that propose. I hear his farming operation
is legal and he has a permit. The smell is like having a skunk living
under your house 24/7. You cannot enjoy your own home outside and
much of the inside. He gets his freedom to smoke and grow marijuana
while I get to gag, feel sick to my stomach and have headaches ...
and his property is just feet away from an elementary school. Does
that make sense to you?
