MEDIA MISGUIDED ABOUT HARM REDUCTION

I enjoyed reading about Colin Mangham's research into Insite, as well
as Mark Hasiuk's comments on the illogical drug strategy that's been
put into practice in the Downtown Eastside. He's got a refreshing
perspective among writers in Vancouver papers, the Courier especially.
I hope Mark keeps up the good work.
