DRUG USE STILL A CRIME
I am puzzled! When the B.C. Supreme Court ruled that the homeless have
the right to set up tents in the parks it was because they deserved
the right to shelter.
Now it appears some of the crowd on Pandora Avenue have homes and that
shelter beds are not being used.
My answer would be to arrest them all. Place the mentally challenged
in secure homes where they could receive the care they need and place
the addicts in Wilkinson jail to dry out. It is still a crime to
possess illicit drugs.
