NO USERS, NO CARTELS
I agree with Mr. White's suggestion that the military can accomplish
any mission, including shutting down the drug cartels if given the
resources. He misses the point: There'd be no cartels profiting, no
20,000 Mexican victims annually from gang violence, if American
citizens stop using illegal narcotics.
