CITY COUNCIL WILL DISCUSS MEDICAL POT
The Brighton City Council on Thursday voted to discuss medical
marijuana dispensaries at its Aug. 19 meeting, which will be open to
the public.
Township Attorney Paul Burns stated that the township was looking at
the matter under the request of Brighton City Police.
"We want something in place," Burns said.
The Brighton City Council would become the fourth in Livingston County
to bring the matter to public attention, joining Howell, Green Oak
Township and Brighton Township.
