TOO MANY QUESTIONS TO LEGALIZE MARIJUANA
I think supporters of legalizing marijuana should show the studies on
the safety of second-hand smoke on children, the unborn, non-smokers,
workers that are under the influence on the job, those who share or
work in nursing homes and hospitals where marijuana is used as a
medicine, those who share a common wall in apartments and town homes,
those that share the road with those under the influence while driving
or the effects on others in a vehicle with a smoker. Where are the
controls going to be on purity and potency? What will be the
prescribed dosage amount? What will the requirements be to get a
prescription. Who will be licensed to prescribe and their
accountability? Who will be responsible for enforcement?
Georgia Mulholland, Gilbert
