DID WE LEARN NOTHING FROM PROHIBITION ERA?

Drug abuse is bad. Prohibition makes the problem worse. And Ms.
O'Grady so aptly notes, "these are the realities of the market, of
supply and demand and prices under prohibition that no amount of
wishing or moralizing can change."

Legalize, regulate, tax and control. There is a better
way.
