COUNSELLOR PASSING BUCK TO DRUG POLICE
To the editor:
It is interesting that Coun. Suzanne Anton does not feel qualified to
"make a medical decision," yet by supporting the current drug laws she
is asking the police to do exactly that on a daily basis.
