WHAT IS NAACP SMOKING?
Re "NAACP endorsing marijuana initiative" (Capitol & California, June
29): The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People
seems to want to create more employment problems for black Americans
with its endorsement of the pot initiative. I wonder what their
directors have been smoking.
