REGULATION AND TAXATION WOULD SAVE MONEY, LIVES

Re: ('On Mounties and crime: Q&A with RCMP Insp. Yves Lacasse'):
With great respect to Kamloops RCMP Insp. Yves Lacasse, I disagree
with his opinion on marijuana.
My father and brother were RCMP officers, so I have great respect for
all law enforcement and know they have a tough job.
Organized crime is connected to marijuana because marijuana is illegal.
Education, regulation and taxation would hurt organized crime and
make everyone safer.
