MEDICAL MARIJUANA: LET'S LOOK ON THE BRIGHT SIDE
Let's say half, no - two-thirds of the people buying medical marijuana
don't really need it. That's a whole lot of people buying pot over the
counter rather than from a drug dealer. That's fewer people eating up
jail space (and taxpayer money to support them there). Isn't this a
win-win situation?
