'COLD AS ICE'

Fraser Health Authority and Peace Arch Community Services (PACS) have
produced a DVD focused on crystal meth.

Cold as Ice "provides a comprehensive snapshot of the crystal meth
phenomena and explores the impact of this drug on the user, the
family and the community," PACS' Kevin Letourneau said.

Produced by PACS and director/producer Michael Neitzel, Cold as Ice
is a 32-minute documentary capturing the perspectives of
professionals from doctors to police. As well, a mother shares her
experience of having a daughter who used crystal meth and how she
sought help, and two former users describe their paranoia and psychosis.

Cold as Ice is the second crystal meth DVD produced by PACS and
Fraser Health. Death by Jib, a real-life drama of lives impacted by
crystal meth, has been viewed by thousands of young people across
