A sane argument for caging responsible adults for
using the relatively safe, God-given plant cannabis (marijuana)
medically or recreationally doesn't exist.

Another reason to end cannabis prohibition, persecution and
extermination that doesn't get mentioned ("Fear and Loathing in Eagle
Rock," April 15) is because it is biblically correct since God Our
Father, The Ecologician, indicates He created all the seed-bearing
plants, saying they are all good, on literally the very first page of
the Bible (Genesis 1:11-12 and 29-30).

The only biblical restriction placed on cannabis is that it is to be
accepted with thankfulness (see 1 Timothy 4:1-5).

The list of reasons to end cannabis prohibition is growing faster than
the plant itself.
