LEGALIZING POT WOULD BE SAFER

I disagree with the author of the article "Legalizing marijuana is a
misguided solution" and feel that the legalization of marijuana would
reap more benefits than harm. People against legalization say more
people would use it if it were legal, but let's face it, plenty of
people use it already.

Making it legal would make it safer by ensuring that it is not cut
with other, more harmful, drugs. And the taxes on the sale of
marijuana could help our state's budget problems. So why not legalize
marijuana when it could help our economy and make it safer for people
to use?
