MY BIGGEST CONCERN IS METH
In response to Mary Davis' letter (May 13), I would like to ask what
experience she may be talking about when it comes to Mr. Mueller.
From my understanding, on June 1, he will have been sheriff for one
year. Does that really speak for his experience, or just the lack of it?
Personally, my biggest concern here in Linn County is our issue with
methamphetamine. Now honestly ask yourself who has more experience with this.
Mr. Spasaro spent 25 years as a DEA agent. Now I understand that this
is not the only issue that plagues Linn County, but who is to say
that Mr. Spasaro cannot do as good of a job, if not better, than Mr.
Mueller has in the last year? I feel that change is definitely needed
in Linn County if we ever want to see deflation of our methamphetamine problem.
