JUAREZ SPILLOVER

I hope City Council gives the police chief the guns and staffing he
requested to combat the coming spillover. There have already been
several commercial/arson fires, a murder or two and kidnappings in our
city related to this drug war, or, as some say, the "new" version of
the Mexican Revolution.

There does not seem to be any viable solution on the horizon yet and
the Mexican president didn't seem to have a plan.

Look in the history books and you will see that El Paso has always
been involved in Mexico's unrest.

Get your conceal-and-carry permit so we can fight back, unlike the
poor souls in Mexico.
