POLICE PUT OUT DRUG AND ALCOHOL AWARENESS HANDBOOK

So much of everyday crime can be traced to drugs - whether they come
from a syringe, shot glass or stein - that the Barrie Police
Association is taking steps to stop it.

The association is putting out a drug and alcohol awareness booklet
and handing it out to the public.

A Guide to Drug & Alcohol Awareness has a variety of information on
drug and alcohol issues to help educate our community to better
understand problems created by such mood-altering substances.

There are descriptions of various drugs and tips on how to deal with
different situations.
