TORIES PREACH ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
The Conservatives preach a zero tolerance policy to drug use and plan
to impose mandatory jail time for people who grow even one marijuana
plant in a rented dwelling, but the husband of a junior Cabinet
minister who initially gets charged with drunk driving and cocaine
possession and receives a $500 fine for "careless driving," seems
brazenly hypocritical.
