DISMANTLE DRUG PROHIBITION
Every other day I read in the papers about the arrest of a member of a
drug gang, as if this were making a difference. Where else but in the
drug trade can people make profit margins of more than 1,000 per cent?
Years from now, after we've dismantled drug prohibition, we'll be
shaking our heads, saying, "Why couldn't we have dealt with drug use
from a health and education perspective earlier?" Milton Kiang
