DON'T GIVE IN TO THE POTHEADS
1. It's against federal law to grow and sell pot in the U.S.
2. California passed a law that said it's OK to grow and sell pot.
3. If California government defied federal law, then it's OK for
county and city governments to defy state laws and not allow the
growing and selling of pot in our communities.
I call on Patrick Jones of the Redding City Council and Leonard Moty
of the Shasta County Board of Supervisors to explain why the
taxpayers can't rid themselves of potheads who were there in 1968 and
are still potheads in 2009.
Being a high school teacher in 1968, all of the potheads then are the
same potheads now. I recognize them. They just want us to support
their position with tax dollars.
