CANNABIS SAFER THAN ALCOHOL OR NICOTINE
Dear Editor:
North America faces enormous mind-boggling problems related to alcohol
and cigarettes (Drinking on the Rise in B.C., Dec. 16, 2009). It's
reasonable to acknowledge re-legalizing cannabis (marijuana) will
lower the problems due to drinking and cigarettes since citizens would
use those highly addictive, deadly substances less, given the choice.
Cannabis is far safer than alcohol and nicotine. Government's cannabis
prohibition is deadly.
