PASSING C-15 MAY BE ILLEGAL
The Parker ruling and the Hitzig ruling effectively struck down the
prohibition of marijuana as unconstitutional, yet the courts still
convict tens of thousands of people with this dead law. Next, the
medical marijuana fiasco continues unabated at Health Canada, which
leads many to wonder how, exactly, Parliament can pass a bill when it
has drastically detrimental effects on the about1.5 million
unlicensed medical pot users. Passing C-15 into law will not only be
outrageously counterproductive, it may be illegal.
