A five-week undercover investigation in west-end Toronto has led to
the arrest of 60 alleged drug dealers, including a 63-year-old man

"We watched him leave the retirement home, deal with the undercover
officers and go back," said Detective Sergeant Paul McIntyre, of the
Toronto drug squad.
Project Sunshine racked up 210 drug-related charges. Police said the
investigation targeted street-level dealers and involved
plain-clothed, uniformed and undercover officers, who completed a

Det. Sgt. McIntyre said among the seized drugs were $51,500 worth of
crack cocaine, $5,500 worth of Ecstasy and $25,000 worth of marijuana.
Small amounts of speed, hashish and ketamine were also seized.
