ARE SAND CITY COUNCIL MEMBERS STONED OR STUPID?

Are they stoned or stupid?

In banning medical marijuana, the Sand City Council asserted that pot
clinics attract crime. Are they that naive? Don't they know that there
is already daily marijuana crime, buying and selling by their friends
and neighbors, in every corner of the Peninsula?

After all, marijuana is the biggest cash crop in the
state.

Marijuana dispensaries help eliminate this crime by making
transactions that used to be illegal into legal ones. If the police,
who came out against clinics in Sand City, were really against crime,
they would be the strongest proponents of legalization.
