KEEP DRUGS OUT OF PARKS

While taking a walk around Broadmoor Lake on Tuesday at noon, I came
upon two separate groups of young males (eight in total).

In both cases, one of the group members had a lighter in one hand and
was using it to heat up a pipe in their other hand while holding it
to their mouth.

One group was standing in broad daylight under a tree outside the
Recreation & Parks Administration Building while the group was
sitting on one of the benches that run along the lake.

Needless to say, I won't be walking with my family around Broadmoor
Lake any time soon.
