MORE REALISTIC STATISTIC
Regarding Ms. Jacobs's article of Nov. 4, a more realistic statistic
would be to identify what percentage of smokers, boozers and drug
users succumbed to their respective follies. While 0.8% of all drug
deaths is very low, I suspect it is a much higher percentage of
illegal drug users.
