BUD OUT OF MEDICAL GROW-OPS

The city wants to smoke out growers. Mayor Sharon Gaetz says the city
should know who is growing medical marijuana. By the city knowing who
the medical marijuana growers are, the city is putting the lives of
the medical marijuana growers in very great danger.

Let us not forget, marijuana is illegal and very profitable for the
criminal element and to have the city have access to private medical
files disclosing who is medically allowed to grow marijuana, we might
as well post all the medical marijuana growers names and addresses on Facebook.

People who grow medical marijuana are not criminals. People who grow
medical marijuana are, for the most part, cancer patients who have
been prescribed marijuana as a last resort to address their pain and
the last thing they need is to have happen in their painful lives is
to have their doors broken in by criminals with intent to hurt them
and steal the medical marijuana they are growing because the city and
the Fire Chiefs Association of B.C. cannot keep their names and
addresses a secret.

Sharon Gaetz, give all these poor people who need medical marijuana a
break. Leave them alone.
