TIME TO MAKE MARIJUANA LEGAL

I do not support the use of recreational marijuana, but with our
economic situation in such a crisis, I believe whatever resources we
can bring in to help us should be considered. Legalizing marijuana
will take crime off the street and put money in California's pocket.
