KEEP NEEDLE EXCHANGE AWAY FROM FAMILIES

The last needle exchange location was a disaster for the Cormorant
Street businesses and residents, and now the advisory committee wants
to put it in another residential area next to families. How many
members of the needle exchange advisory committee would be willing to
have the exchange two houses away from their residences?

Why don't they take some responsibility and put it at City Hall or the
Capital Regional District building?
