LET THE DISPENSARIES FLOURISH

Prohibition of alcohol was repealed in 1933 when "Smoke Gets In Your
Eyes" was written. Why not repeal prohibition of marijuana? I think
the song writer knew something.

If the free market prevails, you will have marijuana dispensaries on
every corner. Legalize the weed. Have the marijuana dispensaries state
operated and licensed by the state.

Zone the dispensaries in easily accessible locations so the
authorities have an upper hand. Make it easy for the authorities to
regulate these dispensaries. The revenue from these dispensaries will
help close the gap on our state's deficit. All doctors and personnel
affiliated with dispensing the marijuana should have a specialty license.

Pharmacies have to have a license in order to have a registered and
licensed pharmacist dispense prescription medications. Liquor stores
are one of the most closely regulated business and they have to have a
license, and they are all over the place.
