MEDICAL POT SHOPS BEFORE SUPERVISORS
The Nevada County Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing
at 1:45 p.m. Tuesday to discuss a 45-day emergency ordinance for a
temporary moratorium on medical marijuana dispensaries in
unincorporated areas.
Information on the emergency law sent to the board said that other
communities in the state that have allowed the dispensaries saw an
increase in crime.
