HE'S JUST BLOWING SMOKE

Drug czar Gil Kerlikowske says "marijuana is dangerous and has no
medical benefit"

That's great! We have a drug czar who doesn't know drugs. At least he
doesn't know anything about marijuana! I suppose, if asked if he has
ever used it, would reply "no."

Mr. Kerlikowske is a cop, not a physician, and thinks he can dispute
the tons of literature from doctors and patients who would dispute his
claim.

Dangerous? No one has ever overdosed on marijuana. No medical benefit?
I am a survivor of a massive stroke and have found that marijuana is
the only drug I've tried that can ease the extreme angst, stress and
pain that can occur following a stroke.

I guess the thousands of us users of marijuana who smoke to alleviate
these symptoms don't know what we're talking about. But this cop, who
probably has never used it is going to opine on something he obviously
knows nothing about.

Nice appointee, President Obama!
