TRACK THE POWER SPIKES

I read your Monday headline "Disconnect rate for REU rises" with some
interest. In my view, our community would be better served if,
instead, the Redding Electric Utility reported sudden spikes in
electricity usage to the Redding police, who in turn, could use that
information as probable cause for a search warrant. Our community
would do better with fewer illegal indoor marijuana grows.
