God forbid that Calgarians should have to deal with something as
unconscionable as a drug rehabilitation clinic in their neighbourhood.
Braeside's petulant display is disappointing, though not surprising.
Calgarians need to realize that drug addiction is part of an expanding
city; it needs to be addressed. We should not simply give up on
addicts because they "look bad" in a neighbourhood. It is quite ironic
that the community wants a safer neighbourhood, and then proceeds to
threaten staff at the clinic. Grow up.
