GIVE DRUG USERS SHOTS AT CLINICS

What's this about "exchanging" needles? I get a flu shot every year,
but I don't give myself the dose. A doctor or nurse wields the swab
and needle and I provide the squawks. I don't get to keep the needle
nor should these drug users. If they need a "shot" they should go to a
clinic, have a shot administered and leave. When they need another
shot they go back again. No needles are given out so there are none to
exchange.
