ENABLING ADDICTS OFFERS NO SOLUTION
Don't children suffer enough as a result of drug abusers? Why use an
area near a school on Pandora Avenue to stage a protest concerning a
needle exchange?
University of Victoria students involved would be better challenged
to explore the difficulties children face as a result of narcotic
abuse. (B.C. does have a very high child poverty rate.)
Homelessness, drug abuse, child abuse and crime are all part of a
vicious circle. Enabling does not solve anything.
