IF BEER, WHY NOT BUD?

I disagree with the view of The Province that Marc Emery is a boring
narcissist. I also disagree with the view of John Winter, the
President of the B.C. Chamber of Commerce (and professional
beer-promoter) who told The Province editorial board last year that in
a perfect world the police would have dealt with public pot-smoking
protesters "with some severity. . . . Without respect for the system,
we risk damaging our international reputation."

In my "perfect world" beer gardens would have bud, too.
