LEGALIZING DRUGS WOULD PAY OFF

I think all drugs should be legalized. Do you know who funds the
terrorists and gangsters of the world? We do. Do you know how?
Prohibition. Drugs should be treated as a social problem, not a law
enforcement problem.

It's been estimated that up to 50 per cent of the adult population has
quit the worst drug problem of our time. You know what that drug is?
Nicotine. How did we get such a drastic reduction? Education and awareness.
