Given the recent actions of DOJ [Department of Justice] in California
and of the U.S. Supreme Court, I doubt that anything can be done for
Epis short of a presidential pardon. And there are many other
nonviolent cannabis offenders in federal prisons in the U.S. They
should all be released if originally charged in states where medical
cannabis is legal under state law.
